Allow the goats to graze for few hours and then feed the goats in the shelter during the evening times. 3. Full time growing in the stall fed environment. Due to the exposure to sunlight, rain, in the 1st type, the disease attack is more which can be avoided to great extent by growing in the stall fed environment. In the stall fed type, cost of labor is minimum. In the stall fed, installation of the shed is very important. Shed should be in the East-West direction. This is to avoid direct sunlight. Height of the stall should be at least 1 meter from the ground level. Height of the shed should be at least 15 feet from the stall. Tomato - Organic farming

Growing tomato plants from seed A. Bed preparation: 1 m width x 15cms depth.  Mix the following 1. Vermicompost 2. Azospirillum 50 gms 3. Phosphobacteria 50 gms 4. Pseudomonos 20gms 5. Trichoderma viridi 20 gms Mix and keep it ready before a day. B. Seeds - 120 to 140 gms per acre 1. 3% panja kaviyam (30 ml per litre). 2. Soak the seeds in panja kaviyam for 10 minutes. 3. Dry in a shade place.  4. In the prepared bed, make straight lines of 1.5 to 2 cms depth with a stick. (Leave 10 cms gap between each line.) 5. Cover the seeds with vermicompost instead of sand or soil. 6. After 4 or 5 days you will see the growth of plant coming out of the soil. At this time, spray Amudha Karisal (1%). Provides disease resistance and also enhances plant growth.
